Wary then pleasantly surprised

Returns & RefundsI was wary going in, but I ended up pleasantly surprised. I’d read horror stories about returns here, and I've had a few rougher experiences with other stores, so I came in skeptical. Ordering was smooth. I ordered two pairs of shoes, worried about fit. One didn't work, so I called customer support — a real person picked up and walked me through the options. I paid return shipping like they asked. The refund showed up, minus a small $5.95 shipping fee, which I grumbled about, but honestly it was okay; at least they didn't stick me with a final sale surprise. Packaging had to be intact, and yeah, I was careful, but still — you never know. Delivery was fairly quick. Prices are decent, not the cheapest but fair for what you get. Will I shop again? Probably. Still keep an eye on the return terms, and don't assume flexibility, but my experience turned out better than I expected.
One shoe story

Returns & RefundsLeft shoe in the hall, right shoe back in the box — that’s the long and short of it. I was nervous before ordering; the size chart didn't look like other brands and I double-checked the return rules on their site. Nothing said "final sale" on the product page or confirmation. Shoes fit poorly, so I created a return, printed the label, walked the parcel to a drop-off and waited. Customer service then insisted the item had been final sale, which it wasn't in my view, and they refused an exchange or credit. The shoes themselves are fine for casual use, not perfect, a bit stiff, but the refusal to accept a straightforward return left a bad taste. I've had smoother returns with other retailers. Would buy the product again? Maybe, but only if I'm sure of the fit and that returns are actually accepted.
Waiting for pointe shoes (and my patience)

Delivery9–12 weeks." Nine to twelve weeks for something listed as in stock. That hit weird. The system still says "Preparing for shipment" but won't let me cancel. So here I am, juggling rehearsals, mom taxi runs and the knowledge that my kid might be in hand-me-downs for months. I get delays, sure. But changing shipping after purchase? New thing for me. I kept picturing the shoes lounging in a warehouse sipping coffee. Not great when you need them for classes next month. I will probably tell the teacher not to recommend them, and I'll be louder than polite. Small praise: customer pages were clear — until they weren't. Frustrating, and honestly a bit funny now that I've had time to simmer.
Finally found the right fit

ProductMy kid spun around the living room and I remember thinking, ah — that’s it. I’ve ordered from this place a few times and normally I’m a bit picky (long torso, picky fit, you know how it is), but this time one of the leotards just clicked. The fabric felt nice, seams sat right, and she actually kept it on with a big grin, so yep, satisfied. I did send back two other styles that weren’t perfect for her shape, which was easy enough — packed them up, dropped off at UPS, small return fee and done. I had a tiny question about sizing and customer service replied pretty quickly, no drama. If anything, my only note is double-check the style descriptions for tall torsos, but otherwise I’d say go for it. Happy that we stuck with a few options and that one worked out. Would recommend to parents hunting for that awkward-fit leotard — try a couple, keep the good one, return the rest. Works for us.
Old address, decent kit, frustrating support

Checkoutsolid, familiar, fits, feels like it should. That little rush of satisfaction hit me then, even with the weird logistics hiccup. The weird part came earlier in checkout: for some reason the site defaulted to my first-ever shipping address from a decade ago and the order confirmation didn’t show the shipping address, only the order number and a “ships tomorrow” line. If I’d seen it, I would’ve caught it — lesson learned. Next day the shipping notice finally arrived, with the ancient address printed out. I phoned customer service hoping for a human fix or a redirect. Nope — bluntly told it was my fault and they couldn’t help. No follow-up, no insurance offer, nothing. So: happy with the actual product quality — that’s the weird part — but annoyed at the process and the shrug from support. Minor chuckle at the absurdity, then a sigh. I’ll think twice before ordering again, because while the gear’s reliable, the checkout and backup plan aren’t. If you’re loyal like I was, double-check your address every. single. time.
Saved my sanity, surprisingly

Serviceduring checkout my old address (yes, the one from years ago) popped back up. I noticed it on the shipping confirmation later than I should have, and at first I thought “oh no, here we go again,” because I’ve had nightmares with other vendors where nobody helps and you’re just out of luck. But this time the rep I reached actually listened, which honestly felt like a breath of fresh air. They didn’t make me repeat myself a hundred times, they checked the tracking, rang the warehouse, and offered a couple of options — one of which actually worked. I won’t say it was flawless, we did have a few hold-ups and I had to follow up, and yes, I probably could’ve caught the old address earlier if I’d been paying closer attention, so I take some blame. Still, the way they handled the slip-up made me grateful. It’s nice when a company treats you like a person and not a ticket number. Compared to other places that have ghosted me or blamed me outright, this felt fair and practical. The items arrived in good shape, and the whole episode has me recommending them again to a few other moms in my dance group — I mean, flaws and all, the end result mattered. Would I double-check my address next time? Absolutely. Will I keep buying from them? Yes — because they owned the mistake enough to fix it. So yeah, happy it worked out, and I’m pleasantly surprised. Good on them for turning a potential disaster into a decent customer experience.
