CommunicationI really like that the brand is all about caring for the environment with their sustainable way of doing skincare. The shipping was super quick, and I had a good time shopping for the first time on TikTok. One thing I'd suggest is for them to start using more sustainable materials, like aluminum or glass, instead of plastic for their other products. They gave me a neat tool that looked like a key as a bonus, but I wasn't really sure what to do with it. When I got in touch with customer service, it did take a little while for them to get back to me, so there's definitely some room for improvement there. Overall, though, I'm pretty happy with what I bought.
