Hey folks, just want to give you a heads up - avoid ordering from this place! Remember back in 2017 when we snagged those amazing shirts that we practically lived in? They were so comfy and the designs held up really well through countless washes.<br><br>But we recently placed another order and let me tell you, it was a major letdown. The shirts were all scratchy and the designs looked like they had gone through a rough time. It's disappointing when you consider all the talented artists they have working with them. They deserve better!<br><br>So, save your money and shop elsewhere from now on.

I had the absolute worst time trying to return a couple of shirts. I requested a return online and had to wait 3 days just to get an email asking if I wanted a return or exchange. I said I wanted a return, but they never replied. It took a whole week for them to get back to me, and by then, they had already sent me two new shirts in the right size without even checking my request. Now I have 4 shirts when I only bought 2. They really need to step up their game and improve their service a lot!

Oh my goodness, I absolutely love Design by Humans! I always buy my Neebs gaming and Star Wars shirts from there, they have such awesome designs by really talented artists. There's so many things to choose from, not just clothes, but like all sorts of stuff. The only downside is that sometimes it's a bit expensive with the exchange rate and international shipping, but that's not the website's fault. The customer service folks are really friendly and helpful, so that's a bonus!

I just bought some Christmas gifts on November 26th and got them delivered on November 27th, which happened to be a Sunday. One of the items I bought had graphics that were off-center and poorly pressed, so I tried to return it. I've sent a few emails about it, but haven't heard back from them yet. The two T-shirts I kept for the recipients had some iffy printing, and I'm worried about how durable they'll be after a few wears. My experience with this company has been pretty disappointing, so I won't be ordering from them again.

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, for sure.

I recently bought some graphic designs from this online platform and I was disappointed to see that my designs got taken down because they were too similar to others on the site. As a graphic designer myself, it's frustrating when this happens, especially when similar fanart designs are left up. It just feels unfair and inconsistent, which can be really discouraging for artists who put their heart and soul into their work.

I gotta say, I ordered some shirts from this company not too long ago and man, was I let down by the whole thing. First off, the delivery took forever and when I tried emailing them for help, I didn't get any reply. I even tried looking up their address and found some sketchy stuff about whether it was real or not. Finally, after a bunch of calls and waiting, I got through on the phone. But by the time my shirts showed up, some of them were the wrong size, which just made me even more annoyed.

Careful when ordering from this company, they don't include import costs or taxes in the price. I ended up having to shell out a ton of extra cash when ordering from the EU. And to top it off, on the same day I got hit with the import fees, they sent me a digital content code. The note said all sales are final because it's a one-time use code. So now I'm stuck with this digital content code that I didn't even want, and I can't even return my order. Feels like a sneaky move to stop customers from returning stuff. Overall, really disappointing experience.

The quality of the graphic tees and design application has really gone downhill over the years. In my recent orders, I got shirts with poorly done designs using cheap, thick materials. And to top it off, my last order showed up all wet, with red ink everywhere on the top shirt. It's pretty frustrating for a company that used to have a good reputation for top-notch products. I'm really let down by how much this company has declined.
