CommunicationI've been a loyal customer of this brand for years, and let me tell you, their silk PJs are the epitome of luxury. The quality and fit are top-notch, and every time I wear them, I feel like a queen. This year, I ran into a small issue with my order and had to sort things out with DHL for customs. The folks at this brand really came through though - Lynn really stepped up and handled all communication with DHL quickly and without a hitch.
