App & PortalI had a little issue with the app, but the folks from customer service were amazing! They were so helpful and quickly resolved the problem. They were really friendly and made sure I knew how to prevent it from happening again. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!

App & PortalEven though I had a fancy membership, I couldn't check out the bathymatic maps like everyone else could. So, I got frustrated and decided to contact support for some help. To my surprise, they got back to me super quick and gave me a fix that solved the problem right away. I was pretty impressed by how fast and pro they were.

App & PortalI had some trouble getting my device to connect to my Deeper recently. So I contacted customer service for help and they were super helpful. The person I spoke to was really patient and knew what they were talking about. They helped me figure out that the problem was actually on my end. Once I fixed it, my Deeper worked perfectly. I definitely suggest getting one if you're into fishing. It's a great tool to add to your gear.
