Returns & RefundsI bought a bong from this shop, eh, and when it arrived, it was all smashed up. I tried reaching out to them via email, Twitter, and Instagram, but didn't hear back for 3 weeks. Can you believe it? So rude! I ended up having to do a chargeback to get my money back. Total scammers! Avoid shopping there, for sure.

I even sent them a message on Instagram, but no luck. Now I have to call my bank to get my money back. Such a hassle!

However, come August, they informed me it's out of stock and promised to get back to me. I requested a refund, but it's already September and I haven't received any update. My advice? Stay away from them, they're the absolute worst!
