ServiceI first spotted these at a friend's house and had to ask where they got them — so glad I ordered two pairs. Right away they're insanely soft and cozy, like wearing a small hug. I wore them, washed them exactly the way the tag says, and they kept their shape for months. Then, weirdly, one pair got a small hole in May. That surprised me, especially after careful washing. I emailed customer support asking for a replacement for just the bottoms and mentioned order details; crickets so far. Dagsmejan says they replied on May 19, but I can't find any message. All that said, I still love the feel and would recommend them — just expect customer service to be slow. Also, the stitching looked nicer than I expected.
