Da Vinci Vaporizer - Reviews and experiences

I'm really upset with how this company has been handling things. It's been two months since they said they'd replace my item under warranty, but I still haven't gotten it. What's the point of a '10 year warranty' if they don't follow through? It's just really frustrating to see them not caring about keeping customers happy or being professional. I might have to get in touch with the right people to sort this out.

I picked up a vaporizer from that store and it was busted right out of the box, total drag! I reached out to them but never heard back, super uncool. Thankfully, my credit card came through and I got my cash back, thank goodness! I think I'll go for a ZEUS next time, heard they're top notch!

I bought an IQ2 Vaporizer from this store, and it broke down after a few months. When I spoke to their customer service, they asked me to send it back for repairs. I did what they said, but when I received it back, it still didn't work. I sent it for repairs once more, and the same issue occurred. I tried reaching out through email, but it's been three weeks, and I haven't heard back. I not only wasted money buying the vaporizer, but also on postage to send it back twice. I've been a loyal customer, purchasing a different model before and two IQ2's, but the lack of response is really getting to me. I'm now thinking about trying a different brand in the hopes of better customer service.
