ServiceI just bought a coat from this company and at first, everything was awesome. I loved how cozy and stylish the coat was, and I was so excited to leave a good review. But then I realized I accidentally wrote the review for the wrong coat (I got two different ones). I tried reaching out to customer service to fix it, but they didn't have a phone number to call. I had to send an email with all my order info, and it was kind of a pain.
