Cotopaxi - Reviews and experiences

I can't believe how terrible this company is! I ordered a backpack online, and after weeks, I found out they sent it to the wrong country. How does that even happen? Their customer service was a joke - they did offer to resend the item or refund me, but couldn't even do that right. I went for the refund, and now it feels like they're ignoring me. Such a waste of time and energy!

I bought a bag after reading reviews and all that. It got shipped the next day, but then Royal mail messed up and lost it. Cotopaxi said they'd refund me or send a new one, but I got one from somewhere else just to be safe. If it wasn't for Royal mail, I would've given it a 5-star review.

I really like the products, but I was pretty upset with how they communicated and handled the delivery. I paid extra for overnight shipping because I needed the items before my trip, but I didn't get any updates for almost a week. I only got a notification that they shipped after I tried to cancel my order. The package finally arrived the day after, when I was already on my flight. It's kind of pointless to offer overnight shipping if they can't dispatch it on time. I've had better experiences with Cotopaxi in the UK and Europe. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and the fact that I wasted my money. I would recommend shopping at REI instead of this US website.
