ServiceI bought a couple mystery boxes from this company, hoping to get a mix of stuff to test out. Turns out, both boxes had the exact same things inside, which really let me down. I reached out to customer service to talk about it, but it didn't go well. The person I talked to wasn't helpful at all and didn't offer any fixes or make up for the double items. All in all, I was pretty upset and let down by the whole shopping ordeal.

ServiceEh, ya know, my first makeup order got lost in the mail or something, but the folks at customer service were real nice and sent me another one right away! The second package came super quick and all my makeup was in perfect shape. Mistakes happen, but they dealt with it really well and I really appreciate that. The makeup itself is top-notch, like, really good quality and totally worth it. Thanks a lot for being awesome, makeup people!
