CommunicationI've been a loyal customer of this online skincare brand for years, but my recent experience was really disappointing. When I placed an order, I noticed the address was wrong. I tried to fix it online, but there was no way to change it. I contacted customer service right away, but they didn't get back to me until after the order was already on its way. Even when I explained the situation, they weren't helpful at all. I didn't get the product I ordered and I'm really frustrated with how the company handled it. Sadly, I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.
