The clothes I bought were really amazing, I have to say. The little details and the overall look of the clothes really blew me away. But, when it came time for a refund, I had some problems that didn't sit well with me. The customer service I dealt with was not great, they weren't very efficient or good at communicating. So even though I love the clothes, the whole experience was kind of disappointing.

I just ordered some dresses and they got here real quick and were good quality. But when I tried them on, they didn't fit right so I had to send them back. Returning them was no problem, but I messed up and only requested to send back two dresses instead of three.
