OverallThe whole process of ordering was a total disaster. I could hardly even get on the website most of the time, and when I finally managed to, the things I wanted were always sold out. The customer service was terrible, nobody even bothered to answer my questions. The prices were way too high for the poor quality of the stuff I got. And don't even get me started on the delivery - my order arrived late and the package was already ripped. All in all, a really disappointing experience that I won't go through again.
