Returns & RefundsI gotta tell you about this amazing customer service experience I had recently. So, I wasn't too happy with how things were going when I tried to return my prescription sunglasses and avoid paying extra for the new pair. I spoke with two agents who couldn't really help me out, and I was feeling pretty frustrated with the company. But then, a manager from Vancouver stepped in and completely turned things around for me. She knew her stuff and quickly fixed the problem so I didn't have to pay more than I should. Not only did she solve my issue, but she also made me trust the brand again. Big shoutout to the manager for going above and beyond to give me such great service.

Returns & RefundsI had to give back a pair of glasses 'cause they messed up the prescription. Even though it was past the 30-day return window, they were super nice and let me send them back. They even sent me a new pair without charging me extra! Being a senior on a fixed income, this really saved me a lot of money and I'm so grateful for their amazing customer service. Returning the glasses and getting the new ones was easy and quick. I'm really thankful for how professional and caring they were throughout the whole process.
