Clearancechair - Reviews and experiences

I first saw this sofa on Instagram and told my sister to check it out—she bought one and loved it at first. Delivery was surprisingly quick. When mine arrived one leg was already bent (before I even put it together). They sent a replacement no problem. It was comfy and looked fine, honestly. Then a few weeks later another leg gave way. Replacements again, and then a third time. Customer service went back and forth forever and eventually said stains meant mistreatment, so no refund (we have a toddler, so yeah stains). It works as a couch, but the hardware is weak and dealing with support was draining. I’d tell friends about the style, but I’d warn them about the delivery/returns hassle first.
