nice weight, colour held up, and people actually noticed — got a bunch of compliments which was fun. The print is bold, maybe a bit stiff at first but it relaxed after a wash. Fit's slightly boxy on me though. All in all I'm happy with it and will pick up another when I can.

I started worried, then pleased with the comfort and fabric, then slightly annoyed by the inconsistencies and slow, impersonal replies, then relieved when a person finally sorted part of it out. It’s not flawless — the fit issue is annoying and the first customer service touch felt robotic — but overall the underwear does what it promises: comfortable, attractive, and durable so far. If you’re picky about exact waist fit, maybe test one first like I did. If you want a comfy everyday pair and don’t mind asking for a human when auto-replies appear, you’ll probably be fine. I’d buy again, but I’d maybe stick to trying one design at a time.
