Too Late for the Birthday
Too Late for the Birthday
My neighbour mentioned the site when I was looking for a gift for my baby granddaughter. I ordered a pearl bracelet July 1 for her August 19 birthday, thinking six weeks was plenty. The moment I saw the tracking still hadn’t moved near the party, I knew this wasn’t going to work. It showed up in October, about three months later. Glad it arrived at all, but I’d already missed the birthday and won’t order again.
Tiny book, quick delivery
Tiny book, quick delivery
The parcel arrived faster than I expected, but opening it was a letdown. I’d ordered four copies of the Ultimate Bible Dictionary, and they were way smaller than the website photos suggested. The print is honestly tough to read. Customer service did reply, but there wasn’t much of a solution. Delivery was fine, just wish the product details had been clearer.
Overnight shipping didn’t really mean overnight
Overnight shipping didn’t really mean overnight
Honestly, I’m glad the books were packed quickly, but the shipping part left a bad taste. I ordered four Bibles on Thursday and paid $40 for overnight FedEx delivery, expecting Saturday since FedEx has delivered to me then before. Instead, I was told Monday afternoon because weekends supposedly don’t count. That should’ve been clear before checkout. The order itself was fine, but refusing to refund the shipping fee feels unfair.
I Almost Walked Away
I Almost Walked Away
To be honest, I was pretty sceptical about contacting RANGEPRO.ORG. After losing $97,100 in what I thought was an investment, I wasn’t keen to trust another company with the mess. It had been sitting in the back of my mind during work, errands, even dinner with family. Their first replies were calm and clear, though I still expected a sales pitch. Instead, they explained the steps, didn’t promise miracles, and kept me updated without me chasing them down. That mattered more than I expected. The process wasn’t instant, but a sizable portion of my money was recovered. I went from assuming it was gone for good to feeling genuinely relieved. I appreciated being treated like a person, not a case number, especially when I felt pretty foolish about it. Still, ask questions and read everything, but my experience was solid.
Good products, frustrating follow-through
Good products, frustrating follow-through
By July, I was still chasing the delivery rebate I was offered when I joined the club in February. I’ve bought from them for years because the products are genuinely solid for my everyday household shopping, so this was disappointing. The odd part is that every time I contacted support, the rebate date seemed to move again. One rep even focused more on why I wanted to cancel than on fixing the issue. I didn’t expect such poor communication from a company I’d trusted for so long. It’s a shame, really.
Five Days, Zero Movement
Five Days, Zero Movement
same screen, same “label created” message. I’d paid extra for faster shipping because I needed the book for a small study group, so I assumed it would be moving by now. When I reached out, the first reply said it had shipped. But the screenshot I sent showed it was still waiting for pickup. The follow-up explained that another carrier brings parcels to FedEx and that updates should appear soon. Maybe that’s how their system works, but it didn’t line up with what I’d been told, and that was the frustrating part. I wasn’t expecting perfection—delays happen—but a straightforward answer would’ve gone a long way. For a first order from a Christian book company, this was a disappointing surprise. The book may still arrive fine, but I’m not keen to repeat the experience.
