The customer service was so quick to answer all my questions and help me customize my order just the way I wanted. They were really patient and took the time to answer all my questions. The clothes I got were exactly as described online and the quality was top-notch. The packaging was nice and I had all the shipping info I needed. I just wish they could ship items a bit faster, but I would definitely shop with them again.

At first, I was a bit lost on how to get a refund for the items I got during the buy 1 get 2 free sale. But chatting with customer service totally helped me out and I understood everything. The stuff I got for my family, especially the Banarasee Saree, was really good quality. I almost gave them a perfect score, but had to take one star off because getting a refund for sale items was a bit tricky. Besides that, it was all good - awesome experience and really great products.
