I bought a few dresses for a special event, thinking they would fit based on the sizes listed on the website. But when they arrived, they were way off in size. I ended up having to keep one and get it altered. When I tried to return the others, I found out the website doesn't do returns. I tried reaching out to customer service several times, but just got the runaround. When they finally got back to me, it was too late to return the dresses. Now I'm stuck with $400 worth of clothes that don't fit. Such a frustrating and disappointing situation.

They not only gave me a full refund for the clothes, but they also covered the cost of return shipping. It really meant a lot that they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

At first, I was a bit lost on how to get a refund for the items I got during the buy 1 get 2 free sale. But chatting with customer service totally helped me out and I understood everything. The stuff I got for my family, especially the Banarasee Saree, was really good quality. I almost gave them a perfect score, but had to take one star off because getting a refund for sale items was a bit tricky. Besides that, it was all good - awesome experience and really great products.
