TrackingI ordered a custom phone case from this company and my experience was not great. I waited two weeks without any updates and only got an invalid USPS tracking number. I felt like something was off so I emailed customer service. They responded quickly and explained that my order was finished but had trouble being shipped due to a problem with USPS. I asked for a refund but I'm not sure when I'll get it. I'm disappointed with how everything was handled and the lack of communication.

TrackingI recently bought something online and it's taking forever to get here! I ordered a case and the tracking hasn't been updated in 5 days, saying it's stuck in Germany. I've tried contacting customer service through email and messenger, but no luck. I also tried reaching out to DHL, the courier, but no one's picking up the phone or responding to my emails. This whole situation is frustrating and I'm thinking of reporting it to my bank as a possible fraud case.
