I bought a custom phone case recently, but it wasn't what I was expecting at all. The package didn't have any invoice or info on how to return it. I tried reaching out to customer service through texts, but it was a hassle. They told me I wouldn't get a refund, just a voucher. But it's been months and I haven't received anything. Dealing with this company has been really frustrating and disappointing.

So, I got this free tablet case with my purchase, it was pretty cheap but whatever, free is free, right? But man, the screen protector that came with it was a total letdown. It was already broken when I got it, and then the replacement they sent was broken too. I had enough so I just asked for a refund. Those products were not what I was expecting at all. But hey, I gotta give props to Lucy from customer service. She was super nice and always quick to reply to my emails. Made dealing with all those broken items a bit easier, for sure.
