I got a gift card for a tablet case and picked out a blue marble one. But, when I got it, it was more pink than expected, and looked nothing like the photo. The customer service wouldn't exchange it, saying each case is one-of-a-kind. If I had known that, I would have gone with a different color, like black, gray, or navy.

I was totally surprised when I received my phone case because it looked amazing! It only took about two weeks to get here, which was pretty quick considering it was custom made. And let me tell you, the quality is fantastic! I definitely give it a solid 5-star rating and then some! Honestly, why can't all companies be as awesome as this one?
