App & PortalThe online ordering for my custom Kindle covers was such a disaster. The website kept acting up and it took me so many tries to finally get my custom picture uploaded. And to top it all off, I only got one cover when I actually ordered two. When I reached out to customer service, they said they'd send the missing cover, but it never showed up. It was just such a frustrating experience overall.
