Returns & RefundsI grabbed these shoes and they were a bit messed up, but the folks working there were really nice and hooked me up with a new pair right away. They didn't have the same ones available, so they let me choose any other pair, even if they were more expensive! I snagged these new kicks in no time and they are super comfy. The suede is incredibly soft and the stitching looks amazing. I've been wearing these shoes all the time now because they were comfy from the moment I slipped them on.
