Purchased grow light bulbs
I picked up those grow light bulbs, and let me tell you, they work awesome! The delivery was quick and the customer service was top-notch. The only thing that bugged me was that they jacked up the prices right before a big sale, trying to make it seem like we were getting a deal. Not cool at all, eh! Now I'm not sure if I can rely on them anymore, even though I used to be a big fan.
Grow supplies
I was actually pretty upset at first because they messed up my order, but they apologized and fixed everything and even gave me a discount! The prices were so good, and the customer service was amazing. I'll for sure be coming back to shop here again.
First time ordering, bad communication, item not delivered as requested
I can't believe how terrible this place is! I ordered something and they didn't even bother to speak to me after! And they were supposed to deliver my item with a delivery sign, but they just left it on my porch! So unprofessional. I'm never ordering from these guys again.

I really gotta say, this company is amazing when it comes to taking care of their customers. I just got myself a hydroponic system and LED grow lights from them, and let me tell you, they really went above and beyond. They not only gave me top-notch products but also threw in some extra stuff. When I contacted them about the extras, they were so cool about it and let me keep them, even though they were worth a lot more. Their service is just awesome, and now they've got me as a loyal customer. Can I get an amen for that!
