BUFFALO DAVID BITTON - Reviews and experiences

I bought three pairs of jeans from that place recently and man, it was a disaster. All three pairs ended up ripping in the seat after just a few wears. I tried reaching out to their customer service team by email multiple times, but never heard back. After many failed attempts calling them, I finally got through only to be sent to a voicemail saying they were unavailable. When they finally responded via text, they had the nerve to say it was too late to help me, even though I had proof with the email I sent right after the jeans ripped. Their product quality is terrible and their customer service is even worse. Avoid at all costs!

I've been a Buffalo jeans fan for years, I really love how they fit and feel. But I recently had a bad experience with a pair I bought. The fabric started coming apart from a grommet after just a little wear, and it quickly turned into a big shredded mess. It was so embarrassing to wear them out. I contacted the company to try to fix the issue, but they said they couldn't help. I was really disappointed by their lack of customer support, so now I'm going to look for another denim brand to buy from.
