I bought this coat that took ages to arrive from really far away. When it finally came, it was huge on me, like a blanket! But the quality was terrible. I tried to return it, but dealing with the online customer service was such a pain. They wanted me to keep the coat and only refund some of my money, but all I wanted was a full refund! Eventually, I managed to send it back to the UK, but it cost me £15 just to try on a big coat. Definitely not worth it, I won't be shopping there again.
