I saw their ads and decided to check out the store in London. The salesperson there was really helpful, so I ended up buying a bag to try out. I think I'll probably go back for another one next time I'm in England!

But with this company, I sent a few emails and they actually called me back! It was so nice to actually talk to a real person who could help me out and give me the info I needed. After our chat, I felt good about going ahead with my purchase, and I'm really happy I did. Everything went smoothly, and I got everything on time. They delivered everything they promised, nothing was missing, and my order arrived in just a few days. Overall, I had a really great experience dealing with this company.

I went to the shop three times and talked to two different employees, who were both really chill, relaxed, and knew their stuff. Their expertise made me feel good about what I was buying. I even checked out the new suit carrier they had this weekend and have some thoughts to share, even though I'm not an expert in that stuff.

I phoned customer service a bunch of times but no one picked up. Finally got through and it was a good experience. I'd rather talk to an actual person than deal with those automated messages.
