I just got a cutlery set for my big birthday, and man, was I let down by the low quality. All the utensils had sharp and rough edges, and I ended up cutting my finger on them. I contacted the company to complain, and can you believe they said that's how the items were supposed to be? And on top of that, they wouldn't give us a refund if we sent back the goods they thought were okay. Seems like Belleek doesn't know about consumer protection laws!

I really enjoy shopping for Christmas gifts from this place! The packages always arrive in good condition, except for this one time when one item came broken. But when I emailed them about it, they got back to me right away and sent me a replacement. Their customer service is top-notch, thanks a lot Dearbhla Tunney!

I bought some glasses from this store not too long ago. Sadly, two of them had these weird air bubbles in them. So, I shot off an email to customer service to let them know what's up. And would you believe it, within just one day, they were sending me replacements. Huge shoutout to DT for taking care of my issue so quickly. I really appreciate the great service I got and for sure I'll be spreading the word about this store. Count me in as a repeat customer, no doubt about it.
