ServiceThe knives from this place are really great, totally worth the money. The quality is amazing, and I'm a fan of the cool designs they have. The customer service could be better though. I thought the staff was a bit unfriendly and not very helpful, which was a letdown considering how well-known the brand is. The prices are a bit high, but the durability and craftsmanship make it worth it. I got my order quickly, so that's a plus. In general, awesome products but they need to work on their customer service.
