Banana Republic - Reviews and experiences

So, I recently bought something at this place, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster from the get-go. First of all, ordering online was a nightmare - the website was all glitchy and kept crashing, so I had to try multiple times to actually make the purchase. And let me tell you about the customer service - oh my word! When I called to ask about my order, the reps were so rude and unhelpful, it felt like they just wanted me off the phone ASAP rather than fixing my issue. And don't even get me started on the prices, I could have gotten the same stuff for way cheaper somewhere else. And to top it all off, when my order finally showed up, it was two weeks late and the package was wrecked. What a letdown, honestly.
