Oh my gosh, this place is amazing! I picked up some grooming products for my dad and now he's totally hooked. He even grabbed some boxers with pockets for his, you know, bits. And they have this product for women to prevent boob sweat? So clever! The customer service is top-notch, they really go above and beyond. And the prices are reasonable. Looking forward to ordering from here again!

I recently bought some stuff from this company, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. The package came in a box with no padding whatsoever, so one of the bottles leaked and messed up some other things. And to top it off, they forgot to include five items from my order. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send replacements, but after a bunch of reminders, nothing happened. Eventually, they said they were out of stock for one item and would send a different one instead. When the new package finally arrived, everything was squished into a padded envelope, which showed they weren't careful with handling orders. With the amount of money I spent, I was expecting way better service and attention to detail. I've decided to stick with other companies for men's products in the future, because I can't trust Ballsy to give me a good experience.
