My recent purchase
I recently bought something from this company, and I have to say I'm really impressed. The stuff I got is top-notch quality and went beyond what I expected. Even though I had doubts about the brand at first, I'm happy I gave them a shot. The customer service team is amazing too. I had a problem with my delivery, but when I contacted them for help, they were super fast to respond and went out of their way to fix things right away. Oh my gosh, this place is amazing! I picked up some grooming products for my dad and now he's totally hooked. He even grabbed some boxers with pockets for his, you know, bits. And they have this product for women to prevent boob sweat? So clever! The customer service is top-notch, they really go above and beyond. And the prices are reasonable. Looking forward to ordering from here again!

I ordered a cool hoodie
Oh geez, I ordered this super cool hoodie from that store but it never arrived! They kept telling me it was sold out, but I already paid for it! Then they said they swapped it for something else, but that also didn't show up. I tried reaching out to them, but they never respond! It's like they don't give a darn about their customers.
Unfulfilled order due to missing attachment
I bought something online recently and I had a big problem with my order. I waited for a whole week for my stuff to show up, but then I got an email saying that they didn't actually have the thing I wanted in stock, so they had to cancel my order. I'm pretty upset because they didn't let me know earlier that the item wasn't available. I really wanted that specific thing for its cool features, and now I have to search for something similar somewhere else.
Order mishandling, missing items, poor customer service
I recently bought some stuff from this company, and let me tell you, it was not a great experience. The package came in a box with no padding whatsoever, so one of the bottles leaked and messed up some other things. And to top it off, they forgot to include five items from my order. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send replacements, but after a bunch of reminders, nothing happened. Eventually, they said they were out of stock for one item and would send a different one instead. When the new package finally arrived, everything was squished into a padded envelope, which showed they weren't careful with handling orders. With the amount of money I spent, I was expecting way better service and attention to detail. I've decided to stick with other companies for men's products in the future, because I can't trust Ballsy to give me a good experience.
