PriceI recently had a frustrating experience with the prices at this company. It all started when I compared the cost of a pair of shoes in Germany and Switzerland. I was shocked to see a big difference that made me feel like I was getting ripped off. The original price was already higher in Switzerland because of the exchange rate, but on top of that, the VAT and import fees made the shoes way more expensive for Swiss customers. It just didn't seem right to me - like they were taking advantage of us. Because of this, I've decided to not buy anything else from this company in the future. The customer service was not great, and I felt like I didn't get my money's worth. To sum it up, I really wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company because of the price differences and poor customer service.
