DeliveryI placed an online order for some home decor stuff and picked the in-store pickup option. But when I went to get my order, the store told me I had already picked it up. I was so surprised because I hadn't even been there yet! The online help team couldn't get a hold of the store, and the store employees didn't know what was going on. It's annoying that I might have to involve my credit card company to get a refund for stuff I never got.

DeliveryI really love that store! Ordering online and then picking up in store is so convenient. I picked up some amazing stuff for my room and it looks so great. I definitely suggest checking out their products and taking advantage of their coupons, it's totally worth it! I even used some of my purchases to decorate my room like a pro.
