I bought this cashmere sweater the other day thinking it would be a great long-lasting piece for my wardrobe. But the sweater got a hole in it pretty quickly, even though I took good care of it. When I tried to get it fixed or replaced, the customer service team was not helpful at all and only offered me a tiny store credit. The whole thing was really disappointing and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I bought a hoodie from the store about a year ago and it's already falling apart after only a year. It's pretty disappointing considering how much I paid for it. I tried to return it, but they said no. They offered me a 20 euro refund that I never got. And on top of that, a review I wrote on the website never got posted. My overall experience with the store has been really disappointing.

I bought some clothes from here because I'm tall and it's tough to find clothes that fit me properly, you know? The quality is really good, but oh my gosh, the returns process is super slow! I returned an item and it literally took forever to get my money back. I had to keep emailing them to see what was going on. Plus, you have to print your own return label? That's so old-fashioned, they really need to improve that. In general, the clothes are nice, but the returns situation is a bit of a disaster.
