Returns & RefundsReturning items with this company is such a headache! The whole process is totally absurd when you're trying to send back something that doesn't fit. They say they have a return policy, but actually trying to make a return is a mess. It's super difficult to link your order number and email, and forget about getting ahold of a real person for assistance without paying extra. Customer service is basically non-existent, so unless you're positive the item will fit, I wouldn't even bother ordering. It's just unreal!
