I had a problem with my delivery getting stolen, and I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the amazing customer service I got. The rep, let's say her name was 'Kristina', was so helpful and really turned things around for me. Even though the original item was out of stock, Kristina did everything she could to find me some similar choices within my budget and made sure a replacement was sent out quickly. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated she was in sorting out my problem. Big shoutout to the whole team for their top-notch service!

I recently bought some suits from this store, and even though I really liked them, one of them had a little bleeding problem. So I decided to email their customer service team, and I was happy to see how fast they replied. They wanted photos of the issue and quickly offered to either give me a new suit or a credit for the trouble. It was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I bought this adorable swimsuit, but it ended up being too short at the back. I reached out to Customer Service on a Friday night and was surprised to hear back from them on the weekend! They were super helpful and ended up sending me a new swimsuit with a longer torso. It fits me perfectly now and I feel like a star! Kristina was fantastic in helping me out.

I recently got the Amalfi one piece from this company, and let me tell you, I was pretty impressed. The suit's quality is top-notch, no wonder it's a customer favorite. But when I got the suit, I saw it was damaged. It was disappointing, but I reached out to customer service to see what they'd do. Charlotte responded quickly and efficiently, taking care of the issue right away. It's clear this company really cares about its customers. Although the suit is great, it didn't fit my torso well as I need a longer length. Overall, my experience with this company was positive and I'd definitely recommend their products to others.
