I bought this swimsuit, but it just didn't fit properly and the straps were all twisted in a weird way. And then when I tried to return it, they only gave me store credit, which is not cool at all. I even emailed them and messaged them on Instagram, but they completely ignored me. It's just not cool. I would suggest staying away from this company - there are definitely better ones out there to choose from.

I was totally disappointed when my new swim skirt didn't fit. But I reached out to them about it and they got back to me right away! Lauren was really nice and said I could still return it even though I missed the deadline. Now I'm getting a new one in a bigger size, and I'm so excited!

Big ups to Charlotte in CX for dealing with my return so nicely and giving me options to fix things up. I had a really good time with Andie swimsuits and I'll definitely be getting more in the future.

I had a terrible time with the return policy at this store. It was all such a hassle, and the customer service was pretty bad. I left feeling unsatisfied and won't be shopping there again. You should probably find a different store that values their customers more and gives better service.

I purchased some swimsuits from this store, and they were terrible! They didn't fit properly at all, so I had to ship them all the way back to Australia since there was no place in NZ to return them. It was expensive to send them back, and then they claimed they never received the package. I lost my tracking number and they wouldn't even verify if they had it or not. In the end, I ended up wasting a lot of money and never received a refund. It was the worst shopping experience ever, definitely not worth it!
