I was really impressed with the great customer service I got from this store. The staff was super helpful and really made sure I was happy. Even though I usually go for more laid-back clothes, I was so happy with the nice, collar sweaters I bought - the quality and fit were awesome. They were stylish, cozy, and just what I wanted. Because of that, I'll definitely be coming back for more and I've already ordered a shirt. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd definitely suggest this store to anyone.

I just bought this indigo-dyed cashmere sweater from the store, eh, and let me tell ya, I'm really not impressed with how things turned out. The darn thing ended up bleeding dye onto all my other clothes, wrecking them completely. I tried following the care instructions I found online, but it didn't do a lick of good. So, I got in touch with customer service, and wouldn't ya know it, they said they sent me care instructions for natural dyes, but I never got 'em. They didn't even own up to the damage to my other clothes, let alone offer me a decent solution to the mess.
