ServiceAna in Client Services was calm, replied fast, and sorted a replacement. They refunded the delivery charge and arranged next-day shipping (which, honestly, surprised me). So while the start was messy and made me nervous, the follow-up was competent and quick. Glad it ended well, though I’ll pay closer attention to tracking next time.
