I was getting dinner ready and checking my phone when DPD messaged that delivery couldn't be completed — right after I’d ordered an item I wanted to wear the next week. I’ve bought from them before, so I wasn’t expecting drama, just a hassle. I called customer support and spoke with Ana who said she’d investigate, then I waited. Three days passed, I chased, and was told the probe could take 14 working days. It went past that and then silence — no calls, no emails — the usual frustrating loop. I use their pieces for daily wear and nights out, so I needed a refund fast to reorder if needed. After a firm follow-up and a few messages, their team finally processed the refund and apologized. It wasn’t smooth and at first I wondered if the company was even operating, but the person who handled it in the end knew what they were doing and fixed it. Delivery and the initial contact were messy, and the price still feels high for what you get, but customer service did rectify the situation — just took longer than it should have.

I almost didn't buy this because it felt expensive and I knew returns could be annoying with higher-end labels. Tried the slip dress on at home, didn’t wear it out, sent it back within the return window — clean, no signs of wear. The retailer came back saying it was “damaged” and sent photos of marks; they refused a refund and wanted me to pay to have the dress shipped back to me. When it arrived, the marks were just sticky residue that rubbed off with very little effort. So it wasn’t wear from using the dress, just adhesive or handling gunk. I’m left feeling like they stretched the rules to avoid refunding. I’ve had smoother returns with other shops, so this was a shock. Pretty disappointed — a small win that I still have the dress but a bigger loss of trust in how they handle returns.
