DeliveryWeirdly, the tracker said "delivered" on Jan 12 but nothing ever showed up at my door. I was counting on this for a weekend date-night outfit, so that was a real scramble — had to borrow something last minute. I emailed customer service days ago and heard crickets, which is honestly the worst part. I usually like the brand and the stuff is nice, but this whole delivery/support mess really let me down.
