Found it folded like a pancake on my porch about two weeks after ordering. I gave it a hopeful sniff, then a closer look. Fabric was thin and scratchy. Seams looked like a kid’s sewing class gone wrong. I wore it once to a coffee run (just to see how it hung) and already a thread pulled. That said, ordering was painless and delivery timing was fair. Customer service actually surprised me — quick reply, friendly, and they arranged a return without a fuss. Unfortunate the item wasn’t what was promised, but at least they handled the fix well.

it looks exactly like the photos. It's lightweight, sits well on my earlobe, and doesn't tug when I move. The clasp is a bit fiddly at first, took me a minute to get it right, but once it's on it's fine. The packaging was cute and felt like a gift. Downsides: I had to pay about 10% extra at delivery for customs, which was annoying. Overall I'm happy and would order from them again, with that caveat. Fits my daily style. Not perfect, but good value.
