Small earrings, big headache
Small earrings, big headache
Returns & RefundsI was just after a simple pair of earrings for day-to-day wear, kind of nervous about ordering from a place I’d never used — slow shipping and the price made me pause. They did finally ship, but the package arrived empty, contents gone. I messaged them and, oddly, they offered replacements almost right away, which was a surprise and actually made me think maybe they care. I didn’t want replacements though, I wanted my money back. It’s been months and I’m still waiting on roughly $700. Every reply is “waiting for FedEx,” with no proof, so yeah, still suspicious. I wear earrings every day, awkward to be without them, and the whole back-and-forth is tiring. Wouldn’t rush back, but the quick offer was a small, odd bright spot.

Productit looks exactly like the photos. It's lightweight, sits well on my earlobe, and doesn't tug when I move. The clasp is a bit fiddly at first, took me a minute to get it right, but once it's on it's fine. The packaging was cute and felt like a gift. Downsides: I had to pay about 10% extra at delivery for customs, which was annoying. Overall I'm happy and would order from them again, with that caveat. Fits my daily style. Not perfect, but good value.

Returns & Refunds
would it actually arrive on time and be the same as pictured? I ordered in early December because I needed a gift and kept thinking “it’s a small shop, maybe they’ll be fine.” Turned out that doubt was mostly justified. I got the package right before Christmas, but the whole waiting game (they said quicker shipping than reality) made me anxious the whole time. When I opened the box my first thought was: this looks thrown together. One pouch instead of the set for four earrings, mismatched replacements, and a couple of posts were bent — like somebody handled them with no care. I tried to be chill about it, hoping the replacements would fix things, but they didn’t fit the boxes and the shapes were off. That was annoying.
I did like the design on a few pairs — I’ll give them that — so I ordered again because I figured maybe the first shipment was a fluke. That decision? Not my smartest. The second order actually arrived with the wrong items. Now, I’ll admit it’s on me for misreading whether a listing sold individual pieces or sets, but still: getting the wrong thing after a prior messy order felt sloppy. Customer service replies were, I don’t know, not great. Short, kind of condescending at times, and full of excuses about delays. They even referenced a family illness in public posts as the reason for slow shipping — which felt... unprofessional for a business page. I asked for a refund, returned everything in the same box (I wrapped things carefully so they wouldn’t shift), and then they told me they only received half the items. They sent a photo of four pairs and said that was it. I was like, wait, what? I am not keeping any of it; I wanted a refund. It’s been a back-and-forth that’s taking longer than it should, and their site has no direct phone number — just messaging.
So, did my initial doubts disappear? Not really. A couple of the pieces are nice and I’d wear them if the quality had been consistent, but the mixed packaging, bent posts, wrong items and the refund mess left a sour taste. If you’re buying, be ready for delays and to chase customer service. I wanted this to be smoother, and it wasn’t.

Deliverybuy the package protection and try to have deliveries sent somewhere safe. If you’re willing to be persistent, they’ll cooperate — annoying process, but a happy ending in my case.

Returns & Refundssend it back and we'll replace it. That isn't realistic if you don't even know where the small piece went. I paid for a replacement component myself. Then, after about a month, the new part arrived in the wrong colour. They claimed the order was for rose gold, which my confirmation did not state. If the confirmation had shown colour I would have complained right away. Now they want me to cover shipping, handling, restocking and resend fees. Those costs almost match the product price. So, usable product, but poor quality control and frustrating customer service make it not worth the hassle.

ProductI'm really happy with these earrings — pleasantly surprised, actually. I was a bit sceptical at first because online photos can be misleading, but I ordered them last week and wore them the day after delivery. First impression: solid craftsmanship, little details that stand out, and they sit nicely on my ears. People already commented — same day — which is always a nice reassurance. The customer service was helpful when I had a small question; they replied quickly and followed through, not just lip service. Price felt fair for the quality, though I did pause for a second before buying — worth it in my opinion. Small caveat: they are a touch heavier than I expected, but nothing uncomfortable. Overall I’d recommend them and will probably buy another pair. Sceptical to pleased — that's my experience.
