I just got myself a new lingerie set from this store and there was a little mix-up with the order confirmation. I was kinda shocked to learn that they don't send out confirmation emails until your order is on its way. Luckily, this super nice customer service rep named Amy helped me out. She not only clarified their process, but also guaranteed that my order would be shipped within 24 hours. Now that's speedy service! Big thanks to Amy for her patience and all the info she gave me. All in all, I'm happy with my buy and the service I got.

Eh, listen up folks, I really should've checked out the reviews before buying from this place. The customer service there is just brutal, I tell ya. I thought I was splurging on some treats, but ended up going through the worst time. They said my stuff was delivered when it definitely wasn't, and then had the nerve to blame the delivery service. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they straight up hung up on me during our chat. They clearly don't give a darn about their customers, and that's just not acceptable, eh.

I got this vibrating toy from the store and man, it was not great. The customer service was not good, they didn't own up to their communication mishaps. I felt pretty small because of their mess-ups, it really soured my experience. Look elsewhere for better service and products, that's my advice.

I went and picked up some things from this store and let me tell you, it was not great. The folks working there seemed totally lost and weren't exactly friendly. They couldn't even get the discount right and forgot to give me a receipt. And on top of that, they were super argumentative which I really didn't appreciate. Definitely better to go somewhere else for your toys and save yourself the headache.
