This company has the slowest shipping I've ever experienced. It's like they're stuck in the 90's with their processing and shipping times. Even when I paid for express processing, it still took days to process my order. Processing fees on top of that? It reminds me of those old mail order infomercials with additional charges. Don't bother complaining because it's just going to frustrate you, and guess what? Your package still won't arrive on time. They use DHL "smart parcel" which just adds an unnecessary middle man to domestic shipping. Save yourself the headache and find another retailer to give your business to.

I'm reaching out to share how disappointed I am with the recent situation I had dealing with this company. I've placed multiple orders over the last year, but my last few packages ended up getting sent back to the sender. Even though I gave them the right shipping details, the carrier still couldn't deliver my items and they got returned. As a result, they blocked my account from making any more purchases, saying it was because of too many returned orders. This way of treating customers is just not right and has really made me feel upset and let down.

I was so pumped to get my stuff from this company, but man, did it ever end in a total disaster. The tracking number said my package was dropped off, but I never got it. So, I hit up their support team, who were nice, but they had no idea what was going on. They promised to send my order again, but when it finally came, it went to some random address in a whole other province. I had to go through a huge headache to fix it all, and I felt like they were just messing me around. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
