AcmeJoy - Reviews and experiences

So, I picked up three things, but the Bluetooth on two of them just wasn't cooperating, eh. At first, I was thinking they were ignoring my emails, but it turns out they were just stuck in my spam folder, you know. When I got in touch with them again, Annie had a bunch of ideas to try and get it fixed. I gave everything she suggested a shot, but still no dice. I let them know what I did, and they ended up sending me new ones that worked like a charm! I was a bit hesitant about shopping online again, but they really went above and beyond for me. Looking forward to ordering more stuff from them!

I had such a frustrating time with this product, eh. It literally took me like 3 weeks to figure out how to use it properly, no joke. The directions they gave me were absolutely useless, and the fact that there was no customer service available made it so much more aggravating, you know? It was truly by pure luck that I was able to finally get it to work as they said it would.

So I contacted AcmeJoy's customer service team and they were super fast in getting back to me and fixing the problem. They said they'd send me a new package for free, just had to pay the shipping cost. I was really impressed with how they dealt with the issue, it definitely gave me a good opinion of the company. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I recently had an issue with something I bought at this store. Even though I couldn't meet all their proof of loss stuff, the staff was really quick and fair in finding a fix. They switched out the broken item right away, and now I'm a happy customer. I'm impressed with their awesome customer service, and I'm excited to keep shopping with them in the future.
