Acme Tools - Reviews and experiences

I bought some new tools from this place but they never showed up! Like what?? I called them to ask where my stuff was and they said it was already delivered but wouldn't show me any proof. Then when I asked them what they could do to help me out, they were like "lol you waited too long to ask, so you're on your own." Honestly, the worst customer service ever.

I bought a heated jacket from this company back on November 1st. But let me tell ya, they kept dragging their feet and the darn thing didn't show up until January 20th! That's it for me, once was enough. I'm gonna go with a different store from now on, even if it costs more. I'd rather pay a bit extra for good quality than deal with this mess again.

I recently ordered something online from this company and the whole experience was just awful. Even though I updated my address in my customer profile before ordering, somehow the shipping address got messed up and ended up being my old address. So my $600 order of tools ended up at my old place in a different province. Then, when I had to place another order because I really needed those tools urgently, I only got one of the two extra tools that were supposed to come with it. And to top it all off, in order to get that second free tool worth $150, the company wanted to charge me for another $600 order and then refund one of the charges after 10-18 days. That just seemed so unfair and confusing to me.

I bought a Milwaukee Packout from this company because they were offering free shipping. But turns out, the "free shipping" meant they didn't need a signature for delivery. So my package got left on my doorstep and someone took it. When I tried to get help from the company, they weren't very helpful and basically said I was on my own. It's frustrating that they don't care about making sure their customers' orders are delivered safely.
